Yes, our cookware is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 500°F. The tempered glass lids are also oven safe up to 400°F.
Do I need to season my HexClad pans before use?
Yes, for optimal performance, we recommend seasoning your pan. Simply heat it on medium-low, spread a small amount of vegetable oil, and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before your first use.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
What is the Lifetime Warranty policy?
HexClad products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your cookware is found to be defective under normal household use, we will replace it.
What is your return policy?
